Levina, you spotted that correct.Again great shots, Jan.
About the women's match. I was looking at the pics and noticed that the socks don't match up. I would expect a team to have a certain standard as to the attire, so they would all wear the same socks. But I see different socks within both teams and there is also a player from Black/Blue team wearing green&yellow socks!
Just something that caught my eye so I'm curious.
It is not unusual that there are different clubs forming a team together on the lower levels, so that combined they have enough players to enter the competition. The colors of my club are black and blue and they currently cluster with 2 other teams. One also playing in black and blue and the other playing in green en yellow. They play in the same jerseys during a match, but alternate jerseys between matches. Shorts and socks they usually wear from their own side.
In this case they were playing another cluster team, one of which has green and yellow jerseys as well. To 'complicate' things it also happens that if a team is short on players, the other team lends them some players, so the match can be played and can become a match.
So the green and yellow socks with the black and blue shirt are from my club's cluster. The yellow and green are either the regular opponents or a guets player from the team on our cluster helping out the oppponents.
There also are occasional teams, like the national students team, where it is tradition for the players to wear there own club's socks and shorts, while playing in the national students' team jerseys.
