Post some murals/street art

Those are pretty amazing, Patrick.

And some are really clever, like these two.
A few years ago the council commissioned these, several good artists made them, when finished we took a bike tour with my camera. Most are still there, without graffiti, they seem to be respected(although the 'tower flats' are not so easy to reach:p). Since then there are a few more, still need to take another ride.

Okay, so I think these can be regarded as a type of murals or street art. These are stalls at the Waterlooplein in Amsterdam. That's a rather famous flee market. And the merchants use stalls that they can close at the end of the day. But it is also a residential area and people hated those ugly and uninviting closed stalls so they complained to the city. Loudly. And the city listened and decided to paint colourful scenes on the doors of these stalls. So here are a few.

I took these years ago when the maximum allowed image size on POTN was just 1024px on the long end, so most of them are that size.

And a view of the closed market, with just one row of these closed stalls on the left (and a now empty Waterloo square). There are more stalls than these.
