I think so, all kinds of parts from used European cars they took apart.

I wouldn't be surprised. I've been in cars in Egypt so old that they were literally held together with tape and rope. I've been in taxis that I prayed would make it to my destination without breaking down halfway. So mounting a car front to another car should be a piece of cake.

If it is the same model and fits, why buy a new original spare? The whole front would cost a fraction of the original part,
I don;t know if these fronts are from used and damaged cars or from ones stolen in Europe and disassembled for spares.
