Windsor Castle. Half a century ago this was my home for three years. The tourists were always grim, but they're awful now. Didn't have those ropes and railing in my day—and the main entrance was the main entrance, which it isn't now.

Wait! You lived at Windsor Castle?
And yes, tourists have become a pest! There are simply too many of them now. And apparently none have ever heard of bicycle paths!

Yes. It was way before I was married. My dad took the photo below of where I lived. I had an attic flat inside the right hand roof; it was small but perfectly comfortable and adequate for my needs at the time. My door was the one above the left-hand end of the grass. Can't access this spot as a tourist now, so I couldn't retake the snap.
