It's a pano, 7 vertical shots went into it. I think it gives a nice wide view of the harbour.

Here's looking the other way, a pano of 2 shots. I never processed it but it was still sitting in my Lightroom catalogue and I just exported it.

not so much a 'harbor' but the Black River through my town, is the moorage point for upwards of 250-300 sailboats for the annual Bayview Yacht Club's Port Huron to Mackinac boat race. just prior to and just after there is also a Chicago to Mackinac and a Mackinac to Chicago race.

the night before there is almost non-stop partying. well thats how it used to be when the town of 32,000 would have about 90-100 thousand people downtown. it would get pretty rowdy back then. families quit coming down on Fridays and started looking at slightly lesser number of boats on Thursday which then became Family Night with lots of community organizations and bands and things coming out selling food/drink etc and providing games and entertainment that was family-oriented...
