I just love the camera's image quality, and how easily it can be used with vintage lenses.

I love these! Really well taken.
And the white car is just gorgeous.

By the way, Craig, I shortened the Gear section because there were so many empty forums. I put them into sub-forums. Let me know if that doesn't work for you, okay. I can change it back at any time!

I really like the shot of the marching band, Lt. But all are good shots.

And the car is just incredible looking. Craig has posted a number of classic cars too. It's a treat.

ive been shooting THIS particular HS band since my daughter was a freshman in 2016. im on great terms with the director and he gives me pretty much unfettered access to them. i shoot their 'headshots' for their own band yearbook. i walk among the band during parades, all along the fringes during halftime shows (never IN the formations) and i never get near the band during the 'judging' area in parades.

the car is at the same museum that Craig shot his car (in this thread). the Auburn-Cord-Dusenberg museum in Auburn Indiana is loaded with these amazingly beautiful cars. theres another museum in the area that has all manner of military vehicles and tv show cars and things. behind the ACD museum is part of the original factory with more cars in it but theyre not as magificently displayed

I was wondering where you were positioned in that shot. This explains it. Nice to have that kind of access, gives you an edge, no doubt.

I've been admiring both your shots. Those cars are something else alright - "amazingly beautiful" is absolutely right.
