Based on all your great photos of the buzzard, I would have expected the buzzards to be bigger than the red kites. You are getting way too good closeups
Here's some facts and figures, buzzard up to 57cm, raven up to 64cm and red kite up to 70cm and wingspans of 1.1m-1.4m, 1m-1.5m and 1.7m-1.95m respectively. I've had to move the feeding area considerably further away from the hide so the kites are far enough away to be able to get them in the frame completely!
Anyway, there can never be too many and of course the best one is still to come........ thanks!
I think bad weather and even bad light add a certain mood to bird shots. I think these look great.

You're not wrong and the shots look great. But it's really awful when you're out there with tons of opportunities to shoot great birds and the weather and light suck.
