Greylag geese in flight and in the grass

All shots are great but the shots where s/he flies almost straight into the camera are outstanding, especially the first one with full wing spread.

And a happy family

That's a nice capture, Jason. I don't see them very often and have only a handful of shots of them.

I did go out yesterday and tried the Sedge Warblers in flight. Pre-capture perched no change, to much reed etc. in the way but got a few shots already in flight.

That's what was lacking from my warblers in flight: more pixels so I could have cropped a bit more!

Ask away, no problem. I checked(got about 30 keepers) and most are cropped between 3000-5500 px long side. Here's one with no crop, I was to slow following but you'd never know cropped.
I did use the dot-sight, makes it a lot easier.

Patrick, explain to us how that dot-sight method works? I remember it was explained once on POTN but all I remember is that it seemed cumbersome as you had to recalibrate the thing every time? Something like that, anyway.
