I've started to look at some of the pics I took with the R5m2. Here's a crow from day 3 that I think looks nice.

A Gadwall flying by. Actually there were two but too far apart. This was at sunset and colours were way too warm and off. And I said elsewhere I'm bad correcting colours. It still doesn't look good. But it's the best I could do. It's the building behind the bird mostly. It's orange-y. But a kind of dirty orange-y. Ugh... I like the bird though.

The colours look fine to me. If there's a problem (and I don't actually think there is) it's more with the shadows and highlights—which was probably unavoidable in the situation you were in.
