Rescuing small censor images

I am still going through my archives and reusing some of my 5Mpix images to make something I can post here.

Here is the original. It was underexposed so I have tweaked Levels in PS and resized it

It's just good enough for posting full size but a cropped version shows JPEG artifacts. Here is the top right hand corner straight from the original shot.

and here it is blown up 4x on the MyFile AI ebsite(Click on the thumbnail to see it full size)



Now I have an acceptable image to crop and edit
