Common Reed warbler. Shot in a local park around the corner from where I live. It was very early in the morning. I think the sun was up, but just.

In some ways, because we're fairly suburban, this is the most unexpected garden visitor I've had - a female Pheasant. It didn't stay more than a couple of minutes.

I hate to say it but this is a really plain looking female.

Great shot though, Jason. Not a bird I often see. And when I do, they run and are gone.

When you sitting on a nest on the ground it pays to be plain!
