All the shots I will post in this thread were shot either through my window, virtually all of them, or sitting in a chair in the yard.

I will be posting more female cardinals in the cardinal thread.

You don't need a garden to shoot birds. Just a camera and a lens. Parks will do nicely. And even in the streets of a city there are plenty of birds to photograph.
