What's nice about seeing the two pics together is how the different light affects the bird's whites. Cool whites in the first pic, warm whites in the second.

Great stuff. I have never got a really good shot of a Wren. They're too small and too furtive.

Hi Jack, you're right about the size of them, I still manage to bag a few though.

Spoonbill. You can tell them easily from an egret, even when they are asleep (which they usually are), because they always look dirtier.

Very nice, Jason. I see them sometimes but they're always too far away for any good shots.
