Through their mouth, bite first(mierenzuur). But I was incorrect, ants can do both, some have stings it seems.

On camera, until recently I used the twin head MT24-EX with diffusers, now I've the AK diffuser on my 600RT. When using a 35mm extension ring the MT24 protrudes to far forward when at MFD.
