I wondered that too. Not long after I snapped this it featured on our local TV. The house that the garden belongs to is a bed and breakfast place and the helicopter has been converted into an extra room. I can't find that, but I did find this:

Ah, that would explain the furniture we can just see. I guess for a B&B it makes sense as you can offer something quite unique!

Reminds me of a crane in the harbour here that serves as a hotel. And I have a shot of that.
