Ducks - Show Us Yours!

I think it's a beautiful image, Levina. They pop against that bg. To me, it looks like a painting, with the ducks being painted on a white canvas with light blue used for the ripples.
Thanks very much, Kirk. Much appreciated!

I only read good things about the RF 100-400. I'm always tempted to buy it because it's inexpensive and lighter than the 100-500mm.

When you put the RF100-400 on the camera it is like "do I have a lens on it?" Where it is really good is when handholding for a pre-capture where you might sit or stand there for 5 minutes waiting for a dumb bird to do something. Also where I am using using pre-capture in the garden I am usually zooming out to 200mm so the 100-400 works great

also it is pretty cheap

Funny you should say that because yesterday I was in PC mode and I was waiting on a heron to take off. I had to give up, the weight became too much.

Hmmm... I can see how the 100-400 would be much easier to hold. That's not a bad reason to get one. And yeah, it's not exactly expensive...

How does it do with a 1.4x extender?
