Minus 10 would be quite severe for us here, in the Netherlands. I think the coldest we have had in Copenhagen this winter (so far) is about minus 10 and not for long.
This lot have a colony on a lake in Frederiksberg, but in winter many move into the town ... only had my phone with me that day, but you can see they like the town library!
