Swans on the Canals
Church of St. Nicholas
Afterward we went back to the boat. I ran the scooter on the side of the water where it wasn't cobblestones, and it was much more comfortable, but that made Mike nervous.

We went down and sat at the same table and the waiter brings me cranberry juice without asking. I had the Wellness Bowl, which sounded good when the waiter said what it was - cinnamon apples.

Mike and Lesley went out walking after they left me at the hotel. They surveyed the situation in the Red Light district and said that I wouldn't see anything there. But Lesley didn't understand - I didn't want to see the prostitutes in operation. I would have been happy just to see the street...

There were three of my grandchildren that I had missed traveling with when they were young teens. Two of them had been 24 and 26 years old. I thought that maybe I could still travel with Mike or his brother or sister. Mike and his sister had visited his parents when his mother was on a job...
Then we went to a wooden shoe factory

and they gave us a talk on making the cheese and showed us how they made the shoes.
We got to taste some of the cheeses - or I did. (All this was what we missed on the Tulip canal cruise Bob and I took in...
Since we were to be picked up at 10, I didn't leave a wake-up call. I waked up at about 7 and got dressed and organized before I waked up my granddaughter. She had fallen asleep with her ear buds in and I had to touch her before she waked up. She does sort of spring awake immediately. We went...

Disembarkation
All the people who were last to get off (9:00) had brown luggage tags. We had brown luggage tags as we were not flying out today. The AmaViola moved over and rafted on the AmaStella in the evening. Bob thought this would be a problem, but it wasn't so much of one. With luggage in...
