We went down and sat at the same table and the waiter brings me cranberry juice without asking. I had the Wellness Bowl, which sounded good when the waiter said what it was - cinnamon apples.

It was OK but it had a lot of other stuff in it like strawberries and nuts. I also had one poached egg

On the bed this morning
I almost didn't go on the canal trip this morning because I did it with Bob in 2016, and it was supposed to be raining today. But I decided to go and it was a better tour boat than we had before and also it was sunny. We walked (I was on the scooter) about 10 minutes to the boat and the boat had all clean windows so taking photos from it was easy.
