What is it?

Crunch time; this is my original photo of the crest of Muncaster Castle on a gate in NW England

Muncaster Castle's crest with a red hand comes from the ancient Pennington family, who were granted the land after a knight was wounded fighting for King Henry VI (1422 to 1461 and 1470 to 1471,) when he was given shelter at Muncaster. In gratitude, the King allegedly granted the knight his own crest, a red hand, which the Pennington family adopted.

As you, Levina, got the coat of Arms correct, I am handing the torch to you.
