thank you all. i DID upwrap them tonight and kind of looked at how i want to hang them up. i have a couple of other 16x20 that are of the same couple so im moving one of them to another spot. thatll let me have more variety. i think THAT image could be a great product shot for some fragrance...

ive been moving family pictures from the hallway between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom, near the 2nd bath to what WAS the 3rd bedroom but is now my camera room. the initial plan when Jette was still living, is that id move my 'office junk' in there and give her back her dining room table. and chairs.... its STILL my plan but.....

so i hung some of my work in the hallway in place of the family photos in the hopes that one day, ill rearrange the living room and dining rooms to make a studio space. im thinking if any models need to use the mirror in the bathroom or the bathroom itself, they would walk past some of (Hopefully to them) my great work. i had to make some adjustments since i got those other images back from being matted and framed. this is what i have so far.

central to the whole set is a moon-phase print i ordered with the date Jette and i first met and the date she passed away, showing the moon on those days...

kind of tight quarters! good thing i could step into the bathroom and shoot through the doorway lol

the booster club for the local semi-pro hockey team had a picnic for people to come out and join ($5) and to meet the players.

i try to go to all of the team functions and shoot pictures for them and today for the Booster Club. they had pumpkin carving (with the players) for $5 so there was a lot of pics of that. otherwise just people having some food and interacting with the players. thats the one thing about this level of play. the players are in the community a LOT and they have a 'skate with the players' after at least one game every month, for pictures (happy snaps) and autographs on prints, or shirts, or i even saw a gal pull her t-shirt way WAY down so her favorite player could sign just above a DIFFERENT piece of clothing, that ladies often wear.... if you know what im saying!

anywho.... 76 images shot, 46 delivered. quick easy day and i got some food out of it!

yeah, i know.... ive seen PICTURES lol that go below that piece of clothing but for a public event, with kids and parents!!!!!

I’m not surprised. A forum needs a staff with a heart, people who care. They didn’t care much when I was there and, going by the state of the forum, I don’t think that changed much.

going to the hockey arena to shoot Roster shots of the team today. doing a few staff headshots too.

the league was giving the media all manner of grief to make sure they were done and posted on the website (league format) before the season opener Friday night. HOME opener isnt for another week but what the league wants, the league gets... i guess. im shooting today instead of next Tuesday

boring stuff. i dont get paid for these but i do get a little bit of bennies in that i get discounts on merch... meh whatever.

im not sure i like the image quality of thie r6m2. they just look really coarse.

maybe its just me?
