Thanks, I cheated. We don't have them around here so I went to a cabin in the woods
Rented a photo hut from Stichting Zeeuws Landschap for a day(bossen bij Clinge), now I've got over a 100 squirrel photos, before not one! And several nice bird photos, still to come.
Only downside, when I got home the glass from the viewfinder was cracked...., camera still works but I'll have to send it in to replace, it will fall out one day and not very waterproof

I just came home from shooting swifts. The sky was literally full of them. Barn swallows are here too. But the location is not good and I never get anything good from there. But at least I now know they have arrived. Next stop Waterland!

Yes, it’s terrible! I culled 1037 shots down to 300 shots. Now I have to select the ones to process and that alone is difficult.

My 100-500(fell out of the cupboard a few months ago-strap hooked around it) is since a few weeks with Tech-repair(the official Canon repair centre).

I only have my 5DIV(couldn't sell it, CameraNu not interested and no reaction on a forum) and my first DSLR(500D, gave it to my father when I got a 7D but after he passed away I got it back) but sold most of my EF lenses, only 17-40, 70-200L2.8II and 135 2.0 left. Should have kept the R5 but..........I'm expecting a delivery from HK next week.

That's to be seen, I first contacted Canon and they referred me to them, besides it's just a half hour drive so no problems sending packages.

It does have around 200.000 shots so overdue for a new shutter.
