Brilliant for a first attempt. Was this film or digital? It's got a film feel about it.

This was 400 ASA Kodak Tmax film, shot with a Canon A1. I don't remember what my lens or settings were. It was about 30 years ago. I also did the darkroom work for it.

Thank you for the nice comments. I'm a bit hesitant to post. I look at other peoples work and it is so good, I'm never sure mine is in the same league. When it comes to my work I'm very critical.

Nah, don't hesitate, tac. You're among friends here.

I joined POTN in 2008, after buying my first DSLR, the 40D. I was very shy at first but in time I got over it and now I post my images cheerfully, even those that I know aren't the best. I shoot for fun and I share what I shoot with the community that I am a part of. First POTN, now here. It doesn't have to be perfect...

There are some posters whose work here is consistently stunning, but I just accept that I'm never going to be able to equal them. I'm happy to post such shots as I think are OK and I find people here are very kind. Anyone who can shoot film and get it right automatically gets my respect, so please do post away.
