Beautiful fence. Is it in a church or some such place?

This was the house of the famous 19th century German Architect Ernst Ziller. He built it in the center of Athens to live in, now it is a numismatic museum. While he was famous and made many buildings in Athens, when he was old he lost everything he had due to ill investment decisions.
