Thanks, this was taken with the Canon 5D. It has a film look to it, I think. The mood was decidedly frigid, -25, and a brisk wind.

there was an old coaling tower along the Amtrak lines on old (former) Michigan Central tracks, that was schedule to be demolished mid-september.

my wife and i were going to take a road trip (about 4 hours or so) to the roadway that was about as close as in your picture, so i could shoot some 4x5, 35mm, 120 and digitals of it but life or lack there of, got in the way of it and i never made it there....
